This was our 4th trip on FOS and our 9th overall cruise on RCI. We have never been disappointed by RCI and this cruise as well met our expectations. Service was excellent and the ship was in excellent condition. A new terminal has been built in Port Canaveral and it is apparent by this terminal RCI is getting ready to host the Oasis of The Seas in late 2016. The terminal building inside was excellent and boarding was a breeze. Three improvements need to be considered for the terminal building itself. A. An elevator on the East side needs to be constructed (only elevator is on the West Side) and the fact the only elevator to reach the parking garage being on the West Side creates problems for the Porters and those passengers waiting to board since the line forms to board on the West Side as well. So those passengers who just disembarked on the East side now have to go thru the line formed on the West Side to reach the upper parking garage area. B. One small bathroom on the outside of the terminal created long lines especially for the ladies. A larger bathroom needs to be constructed, especially for the ladies. C. After immediately disembarking off the ship and the gangway; one must walk a long way to reach customs. RCI or whoever owns the terminal building needs to consider constructing moving sidewalks like many airports have. The cruise itself was outstanding. Service everywhere we went was outstanding and everyone we dealt with had a smile. Food was outstanding. We had two new first time cruisers and they were blown away by the service, the ship, and the food. As a matter of fact they are now in the process of selling their condo time share in the Bahamas so they can cruise for their future vacations.

Overall, my wife and I had an excellent cruise and once again we loved the way RCI does business. We are booked again in Oct 2015 to try the Oasis of the Seas.. You will love the Freedom of the Seas..
