This cruise sailed out of Tampa and as we arrived at the port their was a huge traffic jam. We could see the ship but it took us about 30 minutes to reach the ship. As we entered the cruise check in area we were surprised at the crowded lines. As members of the Crown and Anchor society we went to our level line but it did not matter. The ushers directed people to any line and a lot of people took in on their own to get in the shortest lines. This process took around 90 minutes. Once on board we had lunch in the Windjammer and were able to relax a bit. Luggage was delivered in a timely manner not to our cabin but to our deck. We carried our bags to our cabin ourselves.

The first day at sea was pretty nice. We were able to get chairs near the pool and still noticed people saving chairs and never returning to them. That has always been a problem on most all cruises we have taken.

We took several excursions and enjoyed most of them.

As frequent cruisers we are familiar with the cabins and had no complaints.
