It was my wife and I's first cruise ever. We live in south Florida so it was easy for us to get to the port. We booked with Groupon for $150 for a 2 night cruise, after the taxes and fees it was like $260.

The customer service was a mixed bag. The person on the phone when we booked was annoyed and not very friendly. When we boarded the ship, people were about the same as the airport, so average. The drink and dining crew were good, some were excellent, but they are constantly asking you if you want more drinks which is bad/good. Didn't really talk to any of the cleaning crew. Overall, it was what I expected

The ship - It is NOT new which I thought, it is a reconditioned boat from years ago. The pools(2) and hot tubs(3) are small and awkward, so we didn't go in. The ship was nice otherwise though, our cabin was what we expected, small and it was a little warm with no temperature control from what I remember. We had a middle cabin near the middle of the ship and every time the engines kicked in our entire room shook and woke us up(usually around 5AM), not fun. I would say the ship is above average with some quirks.

Cabin Review

Cabin Interior

Small, but what I expected. noise from the hallway was annoying, and the engines were VERY loud.
