We just returned from a 4 day cruise to Cozumel from Miami. I traveled with 18 other women to get away and have fun. We were so disappointed! The ship is a beauty and the entertainment outstanding and thats where it ends. It is difficult to check in for the cruise if you have an Apple computer. The drink packages are confusing and both parties in the room are required to get the same package. We needed to do several room changes to keep everyone on compatible packages. The communication is dismal so you don't know what night to dress up and if you dress for dinner or a party that is later. No explanation from the staff on how to keep the light on in the room(it requires a card) and how to use the onboard cellphone app. TV only worked if you manually tuned it on and off and we were unable to see our stateroom bill on screen. The restaurant service is very slow, food is average, and we were charged for water at the table without being told there would be a charge for that. You can only order one item per menu course. Small portions are served. Our group was split between 3 tables and one night our table was done with dinner and the other table hadn't been served yet. After an hour they all got up and walked out. Buffet served the same thing every day and not all stations are open or refreshed. Room service coffee in the morning was delivered at inconsitent times. Bar service is slow and we would wave our hands or cards to try to get a waiter or find the bar to order and carry all our drinks back to our table. Tips are automatically charged so there is no motivation for extra customer attention. I cannot rave about any staff person going above and beyond for good service. I have no plans to sail this cruise line again.
