This was my husband and mine first cruise with Norwegian. We have been on over 15 cruise with RCCL. I read so many negative reviews prior to our cruise. I did not experience any of these issues. Embarkation and disembarkation were very easy. The food and service was very good. The only negative was parking. We parked at Park Jockey on 43rd St. They are so disorganized. Took over 1 hour to get our car. Next time will park at the port. Norwegian has everything down to a science to run smoothly. Will definitely cruise again with Norwegian.
