We have just completed our 9 day cruise on the Norwegian Gem from the port of NY to the Caribbean and back. We departed NY on April 15th. We had a great time!! The staff and crew were great and the service was excellent!!!!
We met many new friends along the way and the entertainment was very good also. The "Real Deal", with Caribbean music was great! "Kenosis", a fantastic rock band for sure! The best piano music from Billy in the Magnums. The acoustic guitar player at Magnums was very good too, so sorry his name has slipped my mind. The Gem Orchestra was always a pleasure to listen to when we got a chance.
Hats off to our Room Stewart Eugene on deck 11. We were in a mini suite #11629 and he gave us excellent service and was always there with a smile.

Mini-suite in the Aft, port side. Excellent service with Eugene, very warm and friendly.
