After reading several opines on this trip I decided to add my humble one also. We ere 7 adults and 4 children, RC experience range from Diamond Plus for PaPa and Grandma to RC newbies, with a few Disney cruises under their belt, so here it goes.

Embarkation security was slow and awkward, once to the RC line all went well.

Our cabin steward met us and all was fine for the rest of the trip.

The food in the main dining room is slipping in our experience, however, the waitstaff was great to the children ranging in age from 18 month to 10 years, well done. We were typically one of the last out of the 5:30 sitting and did not feel rushed at all. I have the same opine on the Windjammer, lower selection and quality over the years. We never had any probable with seating nor service, the servers were always at out table asking if they could get us anything.

Directors cruise staff was great, needed anything they were there.

Main theather has the typical mix of jugglers, comedians and RC cast shows and was typically good.

Pool band of two, needs improvement, more players, more songs and more time.

Most times we could find a pool chair.

Bar Staff

Well there bar staff, happy times.

UNBELIEVEABLE short, the ship was delayed an hour due to traffic on the river, but we dinged out and nine minutes later we had our luggage was thru customs, phoned our limo bus and they were there.....

The Serenade, Radiance class ship has its pluses and minuses, but we never felt crowded with 1900 of the nominal 2100 passengers onboard.

So overall, it's not a five star luxury ocean liner, it's a cruise ship with most folks wanting to have a good time and not complain, about everything. We enjoyed the family vacay and were treated well across the board.....Its not the Ritz but certainly a good value for your money in my opine.

Atlantis Resort

Great time, wonderful rides and property, but way to expensive.....

The entrance fee for the day is totally overpriced, not RCs to control.

The last return bus was scheduled for 6 but when the 11 of us showed up at 6:40 they called a bus and took us back to the ship.

Perfect Day at CocoCay

Good beach day.

The closing of the barbecue at 1:30, no signs, just sorry this venue in closed, that was lame, my 10 year old grand daughter was turned away from the line.......unacceptable service.

Also, many of the beach lounge chairs are in disrepair.
