First I'd like to say that I read a lot of negative reviews about the Divina and I was a bit worried. However that quickly changed as soon as we were bording the ship and saw all the employees wearing white gloves and dark coats. It felt like we were entering a true luxury cruise ship. Once on board you imidiatly notice the attention to detail and glamour about the Divina. We made our way to our stateroom (5047) and to our surprise it was very spacious more than what we're used to on let's say the Carnival ships or Royal carribean. Here is were the great customer service comes in! Our stateroom made weird loud noises all day and throught the night. After the second day we decided to complain about it to customer service. Well long story short, with no to little questions asked they upgraded us to a balcony stateroom. This made our cruise that much better. They also brought us a fruit basket apologizing for the inconvenience. The common areas and the pools were great although full (spring break). So get your pool chairs early! Food was great but more variety could be needed at the night buffet if you decide on a laid back casual diner. Oh and lastly the SHOWS are awesome! They are a must see. I would definitely sail on the Divina again and recommend this cruise to anyone.
