I find the variety of experiences fascinating but can only say we have found the three Celebrity trips out of our 10 plus cruises to always be a good experience. We have already re-booked next year and if diaries allow will pop a European one in later in the year so we are biased reviewers!

That is not to say we have not had hiccups but to me it is the response that is key when something goes wrong and trust me we previously had a big thing and Celebritiy's response was gracious and appropriate, on this cruise a couple of minor bumps met with care consideration and humour so cannot praise the customer ethos enough, don't recognise some of the comments below as something we have experienced.

We had a Sky suite and embarkation, laggaguae delivery and cabin service were of the highest standard,. Our cabin crew of Nelson, Sinclair and Urbu were so friendly, efficient and picked up on preferences without us asking so by day 2 we were really settled in. Read more
