My husband and I travelled 2 weeks ago on the Ventura & had a fab cruise itinery wise but oh dear what a difference from when we previously used this ship some 6yrs ago.

The refurbished ship was a pleasant surprise but nearly everything else apart from our cabin & East restaurant was quite a shock.Allow me to share our somewhat strange experiences.

Why but why is it necessary to wipe your seat with a cloth that has just been used to wipe the table? I saw this happen 3 times during the same sitting whilst my husband left his seat to get us both some drinks then a dessert & then a knife for cheese & biscuits.I got so exasperated with this nonsense I asked the member of staff to stop doing this to which he just laughed at me then proceeded to do this at another table.
