Never experienced such poorly cooked food actually served anywhere. Of 5 dinners & one brunch with 2 people, 6 meals were returned inedible. Buffet lines at breakfast & lunch were frequently closed well prior to stated times. Attendants were very agressive removing plates not finished. Lines not kept clean.

Cigarettes allowed to wander at will. Casino non-smoking section was 10 slots in a corner. Crazy towel man on the Serenity deck yelled about returning towels hours before hot tuba closed. Read more
