This is my first trip with RCCL.
BOARDING. We walked on with our bags without any issues. We got here at 1:45 and were on the ship by 2:15 p.m. We didn't have to load anything though.
INTERNET YAY! The internet is perfect. $140 for 2 devices for a week with perfect internet access. I am working from the ship beautifully. I am on Day 4 today and writing from the ship.
This cabin is so quiet and dark that we once slept to 11 a.m. without hearing a sound. It is quaint, with lovely honey wood, beige walls, and zen like floral and leave paintings. Beds are amazingly comfortable, couch works fine, good desk, one wall size mirror, one desk mirror. Lighting is brilliant. You can control it from the bed or the front, and there are a lot of lighting options, such as just dotted lighting over the paintings to keep some light at night. Tables are portable...we moved the one in the middle of the room next to the beds. Sink is long, shower is good. There are only 3 drawers BUT you can use closet shelving (6 of them) as drawers and there are three bars in the long closet and enough hangars to hang up 3 weeks worth of clothing. Very well designed. No electrical outlets in the bathroom except for razors and hair dryer which comes with the room. But there are 4 at the desk (you could reach the bathroom from the desk with an extension cord) and one behind the bed. I have never been in an inside cabin before, but I liked this room better than the balcony rooms I had on the EPIC and Disney. It's not as nice as the suite I had on the NCL Dawn, but for the price, you can't beat it. If you are here to feel like you are on a ship though, you really SHOULD try to get a balcony or porthole, because seven days on an inside cabin sort of misses the point. But this is a LOVELY room.
