The ship is beautiful, but the staff was below rate. This is excluding our waiter and stateroom attendant, but I think the staff is just as overwhelmed with the amount of guests who bored the ship as are the guests. I was with a group of six and all of us will go back to the smaller ships. The CATS show was terrible, more than half of the theater walked out and many fell asleep. This was not the right show to have on a ship. There were not many bartenders walking the decks of the pool, many of times you had to wait in line at the bars on the decks to get your drinks. There were only two or three soda stations, other than that you had to wit in line at one of the cafes or bars. I know this may not sound like much, but with the money it costs to be on this ship you would think they would have better service. This is my 5th cruise with RC, and the dining room menus were less then satisfactory. There were three nights that I chose plain pasta as this was the best option (many at our table were very dissatisfied). There specialty restaurants were great, but why pay more if you expect the food to be good. There was no wow factor to any of the night dining options.

Also a word to the wise do not play the slot machines. There were numerous times that I hit for totals and received another payout. The staff within the casino is terrible. It is a shame that this happened.

We went to Haiti, Jamaica, and Cozumel. In Cozumel we did a ruin and beach tour, The ruins were nice, our guide was knowledgeable, the Beach was terrible, seaweed all over, also there were two full buses unloaded and 10 yes 10 lawn chairs. Also there was no place to swim as the beach had rocks all within the standing area for the ocean, so if you went in all you could do is stand.. The cost was 60, but the excursion was terrible. We were advised not to do in anything in Falmouth as this are is one of the most dangerous in Jamaica, so we opted to ship in the fenced in area only. There were options for excursions, but we didn't want to be in a bus for hours to do anything. Haiti is beautiful, it is RC private island. However we did stand in line for over 45 minutes for Hotdogs and burgers. Also you could only get beer and the signature drink. The worst part was I think there were only three bars that actually served alcohol, or at least only three that I could find so imagine the line that you had to stand in for a drink there.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D8

Our stateroom attendant was wonderful, but the layout was terrible. The beds were next to the closet and you could barley stand in front of the closet.

Port Reviews

Labadee

The island itself is very clean, but for the amount of people on this ship they need more bar service areas. It took 30 minutes sometimes to get soda. All of the bars only had one person. The food line took 45 minutes to get through. The excursions offered here were the best on the trip.

Falmouth

The fenced in area was nice to shop in, but if you read other reviews, it was made pretty clear do not leave this area. I am still trying to figure out why the ship has decided Falmouth instead of ocho rios.
