Just got back from our cruise on the Summit. We had a good time enspite of a ship that really needs work. The ports of call were excellent and the excursions we took were as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the zip-line in the Rain Forest of St. Lucia. We arranged a resort for the day in Barbados through Hilton Resort. We took a Segway tour on Antigua arranged by the cruise line. This was a lot of fun and was easier than one might think. We had not visited the southern Caribbean before, and found it beautiful and the waters and islands are breathtaking. We also did an snorkeling adventure to St John. The water were lovely but we didn't see much sea life. We Stil. Enjoyed our day.

Now for the ship... Our room was nice and always clean. The shower was small and had a shower curtain rather than a door. Therefore, we went to the health spa and took our showers every night before getting read for dinner. The showers there were much larger and had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. They provided shower shoes and larger towels.

Our balcony was nice but smaller than one we had before. Our room attendants kept the room clean and were willing to get whatever we requested. However, they REALLY need to work on personal hygiene.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

The cabin was a good size, but the shower was small and had a curtain instead of a door. This makes showering unpleasant. Therefore, we showered in the fitness center. The attendants did a good job but need to work on personal hygiene.

Port Reviews

St. John (U.S.V.I.)

We just got off the ship and walked through the town and shops. There were lots of bars along the beach area and multiple shops with jewelry and novelty items.
