My wife and daughter and husband with my granddaughter decided to try Carnival Conquest for spring break. We set sail out of Ft Lauderdale to Falmouth, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. The boats stablizers must not have been working as we all felt the motion all the time we were sailing.. Never felt that on other ships... Every port we were in we were late by a few hours cutting our time in port short.

I as a frequent cruiser was very disappointed with the cruise for various reasons.

Room: I would say it is rather large with a small balcony, large size bathroom. the décor was dated and old with a musty smell. bed was hard as a rock and not too good on my back. Went out on the balcony and on one side of me was someone smoking mary jane and on the other side smoking cigarettes. We spoke to the steward however nothing was done about either.
