My husband and I sailed from Honolulu Dec 6 - 13, 2008. We booked shore excursions through the boat for most of the days we visited. The islands are beautiful.

MAUI - MAUI DOWNHILL BIKE RIDE AND WINERY. - The bike ride was really nice. Lots of twists and turns. Didn't have to exert yourself and the scenery was fantastic. If you do this tour - go on a Monday, not Sunday. Sunday was very busy at the winery and we didn't get to tour the grounds. Also, the pricing was really high - $150pp. If you can book this, do it independently. The guides for the bike ride were excellent. If we had to do again, we would book independently and only do the bike ride.

MAUI - MOLOKINI CRATER AND TURTLE TOWN SNORKEL - FANTASTIC!! Great staff, gorgeous water, and lots of fish and turtles. They give you snacks, a meal, have degree'd (sp?) staff on board who are working to preserve and study the whale population. Very knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would it again.

Balcony

Cabin BX

Get a balcony - definitely worth it. Small room, but still plenty of room with balcony. Check your glasses before drinking out of them. Sorry but we didn't and wish we had.
