The ship is sophisticated and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and helpful. The cabin had all the expected amenities and very clean, except the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, but the issue was quickly attended to and new pillows were supplied The food in the dining room and cafe was fantastic I thought the whole experience was of a high standard. The entertainment was great and aimed at various tastes I loved the glass blowers and enjoyed watching and listening to them. The shore excursions where of a good quality and offered a lot of choices, although a little expensive.
