This was my 13th cruise (3rd with NCL). We were excited because we had never before received a drink package as an incentive. However, I think EVERYONE received the drink package, which lead to no service whatsoever. It literally took 30 minutes to get a drink as the service was so horrible. The bartenders were nice, but they didn't have enough help. There were lines of people trying to get drinks.

Second worse thing - dining room service. The actual food service was ok, but I felt like I was putting the waiters out by asking for things. I actually even had one roll his eyes at me for asking for a empanada for my daughter after she liked mine so much. In past cruises, they would know our names, smile, and get it with joy! I felt like I was causing problems for simple requests.

Our shower drain didn't work for the first two days. We had to complain to have it resolved without word. Our toilet wouldn't flush and same thing - resolved without word. No "I'm sorry," No "we fixed it and let me know if there are additional concerns..." Nothing! Nada! Read more
