I agree with what Lindamoor said on the review of the Mediterranean cruise she took on NCL Jade in March 2015. In fact, my wife and I were on the same cruise at the same time. We have been on more than 10 cruises and this is the worst we have ever taken.

In addition to the poor food preparation and quality, and the noise level in the main dinning room, most of the wait staff were unfriendly and had a poor knowledge of their job. An example was reaching over in front of my wife's face to serve me.

Their talk on the next day's port was centered on selling their tours and did not talk about anything of substance. On other cruises we have always had a knowledge person who wasn't an employee, present information on the next port of call. Read more
