Having sailed on both the allure and oasis we were left disappointed with the quantum. We started on deck 10 then moved to 11 and then again to deck 13 , all because of noise issues. There seems to be an issue with the toilets flushing as you can hear them echoing across the ceilings .Deck 11 we were given a room below the adventure zone , impossible to sleep due to noise .The final room in deck 13 was better but you could still hear the toilets flushing.I paid for the Internet for two devices but it would not work in my sons room on deck 6 , everywhere else was fine though .The windjammer only half the size of the allure and was always packed with the choice of food lacking in comparison .We also didn't like the wash your hand setup as you entered the windjammer , paper towels seemed to be everywhere , it was like walking through a toilet before eating , what was wrong with the allure setup ? The other free restaurants had to be booked as they were always full. The positives for us were the room size was excellent and the restaurants provided excellent food , the two we paid for wonderland superb and chops excellent although we preferred the old menu .The North Star was good , but the other activities were very busy .Royal Caribbean really need to sort out the noise issues on this ship , it really is bad, reduce the number of passengers also would help as both the restaurants and shows were overbooked. If these two issues could be resolved the ship would be excellent .
Good size but very very noisy , this was our biggest complaint and moved twice ,
