Sail Date: Mar 2015
Cabin: Balcony

We have sailed more than 20 times and I have never seen such a ship in such disrepair. Rust all over, filthy windows which were never cleaned, and constant broken elevators! Luckily our room was close to stairs which came in handy with constant elevator problems. Many bathrooms had stalls out of order and needed to be cleaned more frequently. I had to get a new cruise card 6 times, as it would quit working. Perhaps lock getting old too.

We had a balcony room on Caribe deck and this room was the smallest we have ever seen In this category. There is NO tabletop space, and the room is very small as is the balcony by comparison.

The food was just so so, and the portions are noticeably much smaller! There is no anytime dining on this ship, so eating late didn't allow us to see much entertainment since we were to be up early the next morning. What we did see was obviously catered to Australians and not very good at all.
