Everything about this cruise was rock bottom.
I've cruised carnival before as well as Norwegian and royal Caribbean . The staff seem bitter and resentful. I spoke to two staff member who both told me their contracts were up soon and they couldn't wait to get off the boat. Per tipping on this boat is a huge mistake. Service overall was rude and disrespectful. And I'm talking about simple things like a second cup of coffee in the dinning room.

Cabin was clean and nice. The man who cleaned our cabin was the nicest person on the ship. He cared about his job and did it well.

Miami
Everything was smooth. We checked in at the airport and that was the best thing we could have done. When we arrived at the ship we walked right on. No waiting. The employees at Miami should have been on the ship. They were pleasant and helpful.
