Our cruise room staff were great and that is where the good ended.

Cabin: Aqua Class

We were in the so called "Aqua" class. Definitely NOT worth the extra money. Canapés in the room - ONLY if you are there and, an olive, and a very small piece of bread with some humus on it HARDLY qualifies. The room staff were great, very attentive and helpful. And one of the bar tenders we met was also very helpful "Rocky" from India. The food, if you can call it that was awful. Usually overcooked, tough, and tasteless. Our experience with this cruise line was just plane terrible. WE boarded the boat at Noon our bags got to the room at 8:00 PM. Not a good start but a definite sign of things to come.

One thing, the acupuncturist on this boat is overbearing and and really twists your arm for appointments. My spouse ended up with three appointments that he charged him for after he said he would "consider it". And when we told him that we wanted this taken care of nothing happened until we went down and spoke with customer service.

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

Cabin was nicer than most on this boat, and we have no complaints except that we could not enjoy the balcony until after the room was made up every day because the balcony was covered in soot from the smoke stack.
