Embarkation....easy and on the ship eating lunch on the Lido deck by 12:30.

Day 1 was great until dinner seemed to be a mess at the early seating. We were placed with a non English speaking couple and that was very uncomfortable. We were going to ask to have our table changed but the lines were long to get in and we did not want to bother the Matre 'de when things looked so crazy. We went during the day and asked for a table for two. We had a note in our box with our new table number very quickly. Our new waiter "Dimo"'was AWESOME and was probably the best waiter we had in all four of our cruises. The food was good. There was always something fun...different things to try, etc.... They did remove the little chocolate "tail" that used to be on the ice cream that came from the chocolate melting cake.

The Lido buffet was standard Carnival buffet food. Some was good, so was ok. We always ate breakfast early so we never had issues with long lines as some did. Guys burgers was awesome however I felt the burgers were underseasoned...there was so much to add to them from the burger bar, it was easy to make them your way.... I liked the burrito bar for breakfast and lunch as well!
