I have been on the Liberty of the Seas several times, but was really disappointed this time. I took a group of seven cabins on a family reunion and was embarrassed at how poorly room service performed. Every time someone placed a room service order, half the order was missed! Even after speaking with the hotel manager, the next time it happened again! I must add though, the entertainment on this cruise was simply amazing! The aerial show, Saturday Nght Fever, and the Ice show were all fantastic. We cruise Royal Caribbean a lot and this one unfortunate incident will not deter me from cruising them again. As a matter of fact, we will be on the Liberty again in July going to Bermuda and hope to see a much improved performance by room service!
