We were enticed into the cruise by the free pre cruise trip and the flight upgrades to World Traveller Plus on BA.

We had to go to Buenos Aires a day early which, although costing us more, meant we could see more of this fabulous city. The tri to Iguacu Falls was too fabulous to put into words.

The ship embarkation was painless and we were given lunch on arrival. We had guaranteed staterooms but had been upgraded to Concierge , deck 8 , mid ships. The Stateroom was lovely. Walk in wardrobe, electric sockets for US and European, great films on TV, champagne and fruit, toiletries, robes, and one of the few that also had a bath tub. Nothing to complain about. Due to the upgrade, there was a coffee making machine. Now the complaint (you knew it was coming!) On a 6 star ship, surely all rooms should come with tea/ coffee making. room service should not be required for this. In addition, why upgrade when not offering all facilities. ie wi fi. Again, on a ship of this quality and at these prices, this should be offered without question.
