This was our first experience with Norwegian and although not disappointing it was definitely at the bottom end of our cruising experiences. Previous reviewers had it right about this cruise line.... they try hard but just can't get it quite right.

Embarkation

Very smooth...the process was quick and painless. There were no delays getting on the ship and we actually got into our cabin earlier than scheduled, however the bad news was it took a very long time to get our luggage. We could not enjoy the pool, hot tubs or even go to the formal dining room because we did not receive our luggage until almost 7:00pm. A Read more
