The embarkation and disembarkation process was smooth, definitely get a porter even if you only have a few bags as you leave the ship as they get to bypass the long lines.

We had a great time on the cruise. our 9yo boy loved the kids club and would leave seated dinner early each night so he could get to the club. Made some friends and looked forward to it each night. Our 15yo boy went to kids club one night and had a good time but preferred to hang out with us doing the trivia games and going to the shows most nights.

The onboard shows and comedians were great and the Cruise director led shows were all great fun. The quest and 70 disco dancing in the streets were a blast. We enjoyed the cruise director as he and his team brought a lot of energy to the whole week.

The flo rider was fun and the kids loved the self serve ice cream machine. They are nearly fully complete with their ice cream withdrawal.

Sit down meals were good but I was not overly impressed and we could have had the same quality at the buffet im sure. The Specialty restaurants (Chops and Giovanni's) were outstanding. So you pay a bit more for what used to be able to get as standard upscale fare on the cruises at the specialty restaurants but it was worth it. So one night we did chops and giovannis another night and it worked about great.

The breakfast buffet was great and the buffet closes 9pm each night. They have pizza and sandwich in the shops late night and room service after that.

Would skip the uplift on the kids beverage package and stick to lowest sodas package next time.

I got the adult premium drink package and it was worth it. My wife did not.

We brought a few bottles of wine/champagne onboard for drinks on the balcony after we returned from shore excursions and that was a good move.

Great boat and itinerary.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite
Cabin JS 7394 & 7396

Had attached balcony JS for the 4 of us which was wonderful as the balcony divider opens and made for a huge balcony. Cabin had everything we needed and plenty of storage space. We were starboard aft and could feel the vibrations people were complaining about, but it didn't seem that bad to us and was not constant but you could tell when the vibrating started. We had the steward remove the mini fridge items so we could use for our own stuff and asked that he fill the ice bucket everyday. Needed an extension cord and that was it.

Our cabin steward (Siri, which reminded us of our iphones) was great.

Labadee

This is a relaxing stop and would recommend doing the zip line if that is your thing. It looked like it would be one of the best experiences of the trip, if you're not afraid of heights.

We relaxed in the lagoon and got the kids the waterslide pass and an hour on the bouncy water obstacle course. Be care on the obstacle course as they can get cuts from the trampoline springs.

Go to paradise restaurant and snorkel off their rock pier. We brought our own snorkel gear so it was free. hugh fish and lots of coral. We went to 7 mile beach first via a taxi to a resort but all the places were mobbed and we couldn't get a place to sit. Water and beach were great but we were disappointed. We saved the day when we went snorkeling at paradise.

Dunn's River Falls

This was a great experience and Marcus was awesome. He stopped by a roadside restaurant and got us some sweet potato pudding. and would have gotten us jack fruit and swung by bob marleys house if we wanted him to. But we were on a tight schedule. Dunn River was a good experience expect when you leave you get mobbed by the hucksters.

There were so many cruise ships all the beaches were mobbed by the time we got that, we just kept going further down the beach strip until we didn't see any of the beaches with cruise line busses piled up our front.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We stayed at the orlando world center marriott on saturday, went to disney world for a day and then hit the cruise on Sunday. Enterprise rent a car is the way to go if you need to rent a car.
