We have been doing spring break cruises for many years with our children and now our grandchildren. This cruise was the most crowded we have encountered. The food was good but there were some temperature issues. Lukewarm food in the buffet especially for breakfast. Dining room was excellent. Our wait staff headed by Rizal made sure we had everything we needed even before we asked. The small things such as lemon wedges for our iced tea and baskets of rolls on the table were appreciated. Our cabin steward was Ketuk and he did a fantastic job. He took good care of our room and would check frequently to see if anything was needed. We enjoyed the comedy shows. Jeff, who manages the comedy lounge, did a great job. He explained that if you were coming to a show that you only needed to be there 10-15 minutes ahead of time to get a seat. I watched him personnally carry chairs to other parts of the club to help people be seated. We also attended the shows in the main lounge. I was not as impressed as DH was with the shows. I felt the female singer was way too loud. We enjoyed playing trivia. Lindsay conducted most of the games we were at and did a great job. She has a great ability to connect with the audience. Steve was our CD. He was extremely friendly and handled his responsibilities well. The crowded ship was very visible after the buffet closed and people were limited to pizza, the grill and the deli for food. The lines were very long and were very slow. CCL needs to look at their staffing for these venues. Extra staff between 3pm and dinner would be a major improvement.

Our cabin steward Ketuk did an excellent job. He made sure our cabin was spotless and always inquired if we needed anything.
