Mediocre Cruise summed it up for me already. No more explanation needed if you read their review.
Service is lacking quite a bit from other cruise lines we have been on. Boat is tired looking, not kept up and service across the board is not what I've come to expect when cruising.
One thing I will add is about the kids program. My daughter enjoyed it but didn't enjoy it as much as she has the other kids programs on Royal Caribbean or Disney.
Cabin Review
Mid-Ship Inside
Room was fine. Bathroom was good and I had read ahead of time that the bathroom was better than most and I would agree with that as far as size goes.
The cabin stewards have 17-18 rooms each to take care of. Our steward was very nice and no complaints about that. Just didn't get the room done in a timely fashion. One day I didn't have him do it at all because most days we had to actually get out of the room for him to make it up or turn it down which was a pain in the you know what. I have NEVER had this happen before.

had cab from hotel drop us at port. got right on boat with little time standing in lines. this was a great experience. not sure if we just timed it right or they were just doing a great job.
Belize City
Been there, done that with many other cruises. My husband went diving and my daughter went with friends on an excursion. I stayed on the boat and went to the spa ;)
Costa Maya
My husband went on an excursion. My daughter and I got off with friends and just did some walking around and then got back on the boat. I'm not much of a shopper.
