Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

As this was our first cruise we were of course a little apprehensive however this experience exceeded all our expectations . Embarkation was very smooth guided by friendly R.C. staff .

Our balcony cabin was quite adequate and even though the bathroom was small we had no problems . Alex ,our cabin boy , did a great job and we especially liked his towel creations .

We ate dinner in. the MDR each night having MT dining. Our waiters Roderick ,Ronan and Dennis were exceptional and made each dining experience a pleasure ! We also found the Windjammer great for lunch or breakfast offering a wide variety of food . The Schooner Bar also became a favourite place to enjoy a drink or a trivia game .On two occasions I visited the hairdresser (Aimee ) and was very pleased with the result .We were on the Hobart Cruise and organised our own shore excursions so I cannot comment on the RC tours however spoke to fellow cruisers who enjoyed them .For anyone wanting to establish new friendships I. recommend cruising ! We are sorry this ship will not be in our waters next year when we are taking our next cruise but have booked on the Radiance hoping for another great cruising experience with R C.For disembarkation we chose to take our own bags off the ship which proved to be a very smooth and quick process .
