The Cunard line is far too convinced of its own distinctive name. Sadly, the brand is more McDonalds than Michelin star. Perhaps it was the best line on offer at some point in the past, but we would never bother again. Ship was tired and shabby, noisy and creaky. Service was non existent. Everything was too hard for any staff member to consider. Butler? What butler? The food was average. Happy we were, at least we were in a Penthouse Suite, not stuck in an average cabin and dining with the cattle at the Brittania dining room feeding trough. Cunard Line, WAKE UP or watch the passengers flock to Seabourn, Silver Seas, Regent line, Holland America....well anyone else really.
