This is our 2nd time on NCL, however it had been 25 yrs since our honeymoon cruise with NCL. Let me start by saying this ship is a little older and smaller than others but just perfect as far as I am concerned. It is well kept very clean, plenty to do and big enough you never really figure out consistently how to get from point A to point B.LOL
The free style dining makes it very relaxing. The last 2 cruise we had assinged times. I did think that the food on those trips were much beter and something to remember. Not so much this time around. The food was not bad, but average. Not one dish other than or fillets thatr we had at one of the pay extra dining spots amazed me. Niether did the deserts. Gone is the wonder of the fabulous concoctions for the desert selection.
Overall NCL sun was a great boat, staff was very attentive, both room steward, wait staff and all the bartenders.

Partially Obstructed Oceanview Porthole Window
It was small but not to small...we were hardly ever in the room and it was always kept clean by our sterwad Michael. Very nice and the shower with the HOT water was amazing pressure.
