We had a spa mini suite, didn't like the room or bed at all. The room steward wasn't the best at cleaning he did the basic made the bed towel animals and that was it. This was our second time on the Epic and definitely our last. The service wasn't the best either and the food was horrible. Cold to lukewarm food throughout the whole ship. Major cutbacks all over and increased prices. Glad its leaving to Europe. Big difference from when we sailed the Epic last year. Not sure we will give Norwegian another chance we might try another line and we were very loyal to them. The entertainment in all the public areas was horrible compared to the other new builds. Legends was good as BMG.The gym was crowded everyday couldn't get a machine.
