Celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary, booked a veranda room 9157. Beautiful when we got there champagne was great, but, asked for ice so we could make a couple of drinks from the mini fridge, none came. The fridge was a VERY warm temp so we couldn't even enjoy a beer. Shampoo, soap & towels were not restocked. Didn't expect that! Oh wait, one towel was replaced our third day.
No fresh flowers daily as booking states and the pillow menu was not offered. chocolates on our pillow's and towel art the first night and that was it. Nothing the rest of the cruise.

Cabin was roomy & nice.Service was horrible! No soap or fresh towels the entire cruise, oh wait, we had one fresh towel the third day. Had to ration soap and shampoo. Asked for ice so we could make a drink but non came.Warm mini fridge so couldn't even enjoy a beer on the balcony.
