First let me tell you that I am going to give you a review from my personal experiences, everyone's time on a cruise is completely different and of course is completely what they make of it. This just happens to be my take on it. Now first of all, I am a nurse and work with people all day every day so my idea of vacation is to get away and relax as much as possible. So I am perfectly content hiding in a chair somewhere with headphones and a book as long as it is warm. I went on this cruise with my husband, mother, and my grandparents. There were 3 fully grown adults in an interior cabin. Yes, it was tight but we made it work and nobody killed each other. Really you are only in the room to shower, change clothes, and sleep so it was very manageable. It was also very helpful that we did have an adjoining room with the rest of are group so it gave us a little more space and an extra bathroom. The ship itself was clean, I never noticed a spot that was dirty or somewhere that I felt that I needed to stay away from (being a nurse I'm kind of a germ a phobe). We did hang out in the Solarium for the first few days and play cards because of the weather it was very cold when we boarded around 30 degrees in Baltimore but we expected that and planned for it. The ship itself I would say is the smallest that I have ever been on with not much to keep me entertained. I'm not much of a gambler, and even with that said the casino is rather small and very smokey in there. We went in a few times and the majority of the good slots were already occupied and they only had 2 quarter push machines which are my favorites and they were pretty much duds. I made my donations and moved on. My grandfather who is 78 was not impressed with the entertainment he called it "disorganized mayhem". We did not attend any of the shows because we did eat dinner at 7:30 so we kind of missed all of the times for early or late seating for that so I can not speak on that. There was a 50/60's night one day and a 70's night but both nights my husband was so full from dinner that we fell asleep early. We did go to the deck party one night, they had the Jamaican band playing which was nice. The service we had in the MDR was amazing we had Alex and Jim and I recommend to anyone going on this cruise that you request them they are the best especially Alex. There were multiple nights that they brought us extra appetizers, entrees, deserts, they always had are drinks ready and waiting. They were the best. Also Debbie one of the bar servers in there was great as well. Even if we didn't order our wine, (which lets face it most nights we did) she still stopped over to chat. She was lovely and we even filled out a WOW card for her. The ports were great! Sunny and warm every day. Didn't buy shore excursions in any stop except for Labadee we bought the all day coaster pass and defiantly got our money's worth with that buy. Went to Mr.Sancho's in Cozumel money well spent. One of the best stops I've ever had on a cruise. Will defiantly go back on future cruises!

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin N

Normal interior cabin. I slept on the pull down bunk from the ceiling. It was fine but you could defiantly feel the "motion of the ocean".

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

This was our 3rd time at Grand Cayman and there were 3 other ships in port that day. Originally we thought we were going to walk to 7 mile beach for the day but it was terribly hot and with the amount of people in port that day we decided against it. We walked around town and did some shopping. Went to the Hard Rock cafe which was pretty nice and had a nice over look. Next time we will go back to Sting ray city.

Falmouth

Went to Margaritaville for the day. At first I was very anxious about the price but we ended up eating and drinking for less than we would have if we would have purchased excursions through the ship. Bought the refillable souvenir drinks for 24.99 5 of us bought 3 drinks and they have 99 cent refills. We all shared the cups and got whatever we wanted for the drinks and took full advantage of the beautiful freshwater pool. We did have lunch. My Grandfather had a Cheeseburger in Paradise and loved it. I had a chicken Sandwich and it was good. Only warning; This location does not have a water slide. But don't let that influence your decision especially if you are trying to be cheap! Spend 30$ and get the refillable cup and you can leave feeling pretty good!

Baltimore

Embarkation was simple, no worse than any other port I have been to. It just would have been nice if it was warmer, but that's the breaks when you go out of the north!
