We are long-time Celebrity cruisers, and we know what we like about the line. The most outstanding thing to us about Celebrity is that they set a high bar for performance, and they always deliver. Not that they are always perfect - they are human. But when something goes wrong, they move heaven and earth to make it right. We had a couple of minor problems on our last cruise (back to back Constellation in January), but the responsible folks took steps to right the situation, and constantly checked back with us to ensure that we were happy. THAT'S customer service.

On this Silhouette cruise, every jot and tittle was perfect to the nth degree. Boarding was rapid and pain-free. The days at sea were relaxing. Even the weather cooperated!
