This was our sixth cruise on Celebrity, but may be our last. They have made too many cutbacks! Trying to get drink service is next to impossible. With so many cruisers now getting the drink packages, they have all but eliminated the servers. They were very hard to find, especially on the pool deck. This made for crowded bars and long waits. It was only slightly better in the Oceanview Cafe (buffet). The main dining room drink service was very poor also. The ship was clean and the food was very good. The boarding was quick and well organized. However, as soon as we stepped on board we were overwhelmed with sales pitches. Buy or upgrade the drink package (draft beer is now considered PREMIUM, crazy), dine at specialty restaurants ($45-$50 per person plus tip), sign up for expensive spa services........too much! We just wanted to relax and enjoy. The balcony cabin was nice. Standard size (small), nice shower, comfortable bed. Gone are the towel animals and nightly chocolates. I missed them both. The nightly theatre shows were very good. The movies, or lack of, were not so good. Reflections is a beautiful ship, but too much space is being used for "extra fee" areas, including much of the lawn area. We always expect to spend more money on board, but this was just too much. It feels like they are moving to a "class" system. If you are not spending big bucks, you are not allowed in certain areas. They have even put walls up in the main dining room to create a separate area for suite guest! We will not sail on Reflections again.

Disappointed

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Verandah
Cabin 1A 7278
Cabin was nice. Very nice bathroom with roomy shower and a good amount of storage. Very comfortable bed and decent closet. Lacking on the drawer space for clothes. Couch was very uncomfortable for sitting. I can't imagine someone sleeping on it.
We had to request ice and tissues.
No chocolate on pillows at night and no towel animals.
