Unfortunately those that work hard to please the customers have their efforts cancelled by those that could care less. Cabin Steward was FANTASTIC... the one assigned to my cabin cared about his job, as did his associates. Stewards who were not assigned to my cabin even cared. Friendly, personable, and professional. Cruise Director and his staff were great. Wanted to make sure that we were getting the most out of our vacation. The staff of the Garden were great, especially the greeter, what a ray of sunshine she was! The staff of the Manhattan, and Taste were awful. Acted as if they were doing us a favor! Went to two specialty restaurants. The Italian, sorry forgot the name... was great. The staff were fantastic. The Steak House (Cagneys?) the staff was terrible, rude, and even condescending. Bar tenders were a mix, some were very friendly, others thought they were rock stars showing off for their "groupies" and did not care for the "more seasoned" crowd. Shows were great, FOOD WAS AWESOME, loved the cabin, and loved the ship. Tons of stuff to do. But rude staff left a sour taste. Finally, the most condescending, rude, obtuse individuals on the ship was, believe it or not, GUEST SERVICES. My complaints are too numerous to list. The common line is they just did not care, were annoyed with the passengers, and flat out rude! They all deserve to be fired! A cruise ship like any business is nothing but hard material, the people make the difference, and unfortunately, while some of the staff "gets it" others are clueless.

Great design. Not huge, but laid out very nice. BTW... who spends time in the cabin anyways?
