This is our first time on RCL, and a back-to-back at that. This is an older ship that does not meet today's standards, even though crew always referred to it as the beautiful Legend of the Seas. The cabin is small, creaks and groans all night. There was a strange odour in the hallway outside our cabin, almost smelled like an outhouse at times.

This is the smallest ship we have been on, and the rough seas meant the stabilizers were put out many times (at least that is what we thought the strange noise was as they were engaged). Rock and roll without the dance music. Pity the people fore and aft.

As is usual, some people think they don't have to obey the rule about placing towels on loungers to reserve them. This was particularly bad in the Solarium, and I only saw staff remove something once to allow another guest a place to recline. If you didn't get there before 8 in the morning, forget it.

Interior Stateroom

Cabin Q

Smallest cabin we have ever been in. After 21 nights we were glad to go home. First time we haven't had a fridge in our room, and so we needed ice buckets to keep a medication cold. Creaks and groans all night long. Pillows left a lot to be desired. Asked for and got a contoured pillow?
