It started with what had to be the biggest joke of a port. The staff was rude and the line for check in took 3.5 hours.
The ship was very dated and small. There was limited seating around the grand entry area. There was septic leaking in the hallway and several rooms around us had to have their carpet taken out and replaced .
Our bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat.
The shows and entertainment was also very limited and the events got boring fast.
The last couple days were the worst. Between the customs check in Key West (it took 2 hours to get off) and the 2 hours and a near stampede that happened when we got back to Baltimore , it was the worse vacation we have ever had.
