Sail Date: Feb 2015
Cabin: Promenade Stateroom

This was our fifth cruise but our first with RCI. Previously having sailed Celebrity (Caribbean itinerary), Princess (UK) and NCL (Mediterranean & Caribbean), we came with those experiences in mind.

The ship was in fine condition. No complaints there. Everything worked well, looked great and was obviously well tended to. I like the royal promenade. It was beautiful as was the main dining room and other areas of the ship. Our cabin, which overlooked the royal promenade, was typical.

Travel to and from MCO to Port Canaveral via RCI was great, no problems there. Disembarkation day was a nightmare as far as the long lines to be suffered through in the port terminal. Really the worst I've ever experienced and quite daunting which continues to make this the worst part about cruising for me.

Promenade Stateroom

Our cabin, which overlooked the royal promenade, was typical. Cabin service was GREAT! No complaints.
