I'm a travel agent. This was my 8th cruise and my 7th as a group leader (I've had groups as large as 46 and as small as 10. Our group on this sailing was 17.) This review is a bit lengthy...but I'm going to cover EVERYTHING!

Let me start with the positives:

AIRPORT TRANSFER: We were met at the airport by Princess' transfer folks. They were wonderful! We had a member of our group arriving later than the rest of us on a different airline in a different terminal. And she didn't have her boarding pass...we did! The folks at the airport were awesome! We explained the situation, they called over to their counterparts at the other terminal, relayed the passengers information and assured us they would get her to the port. We were reluctant to leave without her, but with their assurance we did. Our fellow cruiser was contacted at the baggage terminal, transferred to the port, we were contacted and we met met her in the port to give her the boarding pass! AWESOME!

Cabin Review

Nice sized cabin. Amble drawer space. Nice closet space with safe. Shower VERY small in outside and inside cabins. Suites have tubs and showers.
