Overall - we had a good time on our vacation. Nothing terrible happened to us - no huge issues. That said, nothing spectacular happened to us either.
We have had our expectations set for us by cruise lines like Royal Caribbean and Disney. First time on a Holland America ship. Overall I would say HAL not as strong as those lines.
I will say I think the boat is kept extremely clean and there was no time when we felt anything - from towels to food to toiletries - were out of stock.
