This was my wifes and I first cruise....and wont be the last!!!!

Coming from Canada, snowy weather we were looking forward to some fun in the sun. We left Toronto at 6:45 am and arrived in hot Miami 9am we had originally bought the bus transfer to the port but the lineup was crazy long and we were a bit impatient, so we grabbed a taxi and got to the cruise terminal in 20 minutes later. that was only $25 US flat rate..not bad!!! seeing we beat the crowds.

Embarkation: quick and sweet, however we couldn't find the luggage drop off so we were the only ones carrying our 200 pound luggage onto the ship hahahaha .... we managed to be one of the first ones on the ship, around noon and had to wait until 1:30pm before being allowed into our cabin. which was ok managed to get a few beverages down while we waited. Now carrying on our luggage wasn't so bad in the end as we had our clothes with us and some people didn't get their luggage dropped off until "much" later. rest of the evening was amazing as we sailed into the sunset and toured the sometimes confusing deck plan of the Triumph...

Cabin Review

we were the upper deck ...deck 6 had a balcony and was the best decision..the only way i will cruise again if i had a balcony which was nice to have the door open and listen to the waves at night... the room was comfortable but i must say the bed was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in!!!!
