Embarkation
Being a south Florida resident, traveling to the ships at Port Everglades is a breeze - just a 25-minute drive to the port. Based on my good experience last year on the Zuiderdam, we decided to head down to the port around 1pm - which delivers us to nearly empty check-in desks around 2pm. We were all checked in and walking aboard the Noordam in 15 minutes from car-door!
