PRECUISE The wonderful Mariner of the Seas refuses to disappoint! My family and I stayed in Cocoa Beach 3 days prior to embarking at the Wakulla Suites. The suites were spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens and a short walk to the beach. The couches are in bad need of replacing , otherwise a inexpensive comfortable place to begin vacation.

DAY 1 EMBARKING My family of eleven was picked up by Beachline Transportation at 11:00 a.m..We were loaded and on our way by 11:15- Arrived to the port by 11:30 and was all checked in and heading to the Windjammer by 12:10. I love the wonderful job Port Canaveral does with organization and the staff are all so friendly! The Windjammer had the usual hurry and eat crowd but for me it's all part of the excitement. Rooms were ready at 1:00. Balcony afts for the entire family. It was really neat to watch the ripple of the water behind the ship all week. The ship sailed at 4:30 sharp, drink of the day in hand and luggage arrived in a timely manner. All was well on the Mariner!!

DAY 2 AT SEA The day started upbeat yet in relax mode. My honey stayed asleep in the cabin until 2:00 p.m that day while I went to the pool.Did the usual wander around, shop , hit the casino , eat , drink and be happy thing. Great day at sea. Dinner was a table for 11 in Sound of Music and anyone out their that may have been there I apologize if you heard us ! This was a first cruise for several of my family members and they were rather "happy" all week. The dining room staff wowed us as usual. We couldn't have been more happy with our service.I don't have their names in front of me however wonderful letters with names of each individual server were forwarded to RCCL. After dinner we returned to our room to get comfy again and enjoy the animal our cabin steward Ernie left. Ernie was from St.Vincent and he was awesome with the most beautiful smile. All week he went out of his way to speak, even if he was in another room and heard our voices , he would step out to greet us. ( He was easy on the eyes too! )
