Sail Date: Sep 2008
Cabin: Inside Stateroom

We sailed on the Enchantment on Sept 29 - Oct. 4.

Embarkation-We flew in the same day as the sail date and were fortunate to have no delays or problems. Our flight arrived around noon in Ft. Lauderdale and within 1.5 hours, we were on the ship enjoying lunch.

Ship/Stateroom-The ship, though not a new vessel, is in great shape and very luxurious. Though there are some minor cosmetic blemishes (chipping paint, stained carpets, etc.), we enjoyed the layout, condition, and cleanliness. Our stateroom was an inside stateroom. The room was somewhat small, but cozy, the bathroom and shower, well it is a cruise ship so we aren't expecting a lot of space, but it was manageable. One thing was that there was slightly tinted orange water coming out of the sink faucet. We received a note from the cruise ship that they were flushing the lines to correct the problem, but we took this with stride.
