This is our 4th cruise with Royal Caribbean and we did not expect anything less than utmost perfection. We flew into Miami from Knoxville, via way of Atlanta. From the moment we left Knoxville until we arrived in our stateroom, everything went very well. We were greeted promptly at the airport by RC staff and directed to a comfortable waiting area until the bus arrived. After boarding the bus, we were taken to the cruise terminal and then directed to the appropriate areas in which the staff worked quickly and very efficiently. We arrived at the airport at 10:26 a.m. and was strolling on deck at by 11:30 a.m. With each cruise there has been added features that make the arrival and check-in procedure very quick.

Our room was not ready until 1 p.m. but this gave us plenty of time to get lunch in the Windjammer Cafe, which of course was wonderful. Our dinner table assignment was perfect. We had asked for a table for two and was granted this request.

Our room was very comfortable and we did not have to ask for any additional services; it was almost as if they knew what we were in need of before we even had time to ask.
