This was our 3rd cruise (previous cruise was with RCCL-Voyager of the seas). We got to the port at 11:45 and there was some line but it moved quickly. Once inside I was lucky that the non-citizens line was empty so we got into the ship in less than 15 minutes. Very nice ship, but I found it to be a little complicated inside, unlike Voyager of the Seas. We had an AB mini suite, which was really nice. The only problem is that the balcony is completely uncovered (It starts where the balcony above us finishes).

We went to make reservations for Sabatinis and Sterling and to check to see if we had gotten into second seating, since I did not like that idea of anytime dining. We spoke to this Italian person who was the Maitre'd at Pals Dining room. Since I read here on another review that we could (and should) make reservations for dinner on those dining rooms, I told him about it and he said NO! That they did not take reservations.

Well, next day (formal night) we went to Palm dining room and after a long line, we got to the desk to ask for a table and the maitre'd told me that we had to wait about 20-30 minutes to get a number while he sited the people with reservations... WHAT?????? I had asked him the day before and he said NO RESERVATIONS.... I was furious, so before I got really mad at him we left to Coral Dining where my wife went to get a number after the maitre'd told us to wait 30 min. Once there we had a number but the dining room was almost empty, because a lot of people made reservations and did not go. So I went to the desk to complain to the maitre'd but before I got there, he got my number, saw that we had 5 people and told someone to set up a table right away for us since he did not want us to wait. I told him what had happened and he apologized several times. He checked on us during dinner and told us that he was going to have a table for us at 8:00 PM every day. Next day, as soon as we approached him when we got to the dining room for dinner, he called me by my name and told me that he had a table ready for us by a window. He made up for the other staff person.
